Oppo Find N3 Flip: Oppo, the renowned smartphone manufacturer, has recently launched its latest smartphone, the Find N3 Flip, which is an evolutionary upgrade to its predecessor, the Find N2 Flip. The N3 Flip is a compact foldable smartphone that boasts an improved design, hinge, performance, and camera experience, making it one of the best smartphones in this niche.
Oppo Find N3 Flip Review
The Oppo Find N3 Flip features a refined design with new glass panels, more curves, and enhanced durability thanks to its newer Gorilla Glass Victus protection and IPX4 splash resistance. The device sports two screens – a large 6.8-inch foldable LTPO AMOLED and a 3.26-inch external OLED with a 17:9 aspect ratio.
The new Find N3 Flip is powered by the latest available Dimensity 9200 chipset, which is one of the top three chips on the market right now, with an improved CPU and GPU over the Dimensity 9000+ inside the N2 Flip. The N3 Flip comes with 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and either 256GB or 512GB UFS4.0 storage, providing ample space for all your photos, videos, and apps.
The Oppo Find N3 Flip is equipped with a Hasselblad-enhanced camera on the back, which features three imagers – a 50MP OIS primary, a 48MP ultrawide/macro, and a 32MP telephoto with 2x optical zoom. The front camera is also a 32MP shooter, but given how you can use the rear setup for selfies, we doubt many people will use it for anything other than video calls.
The device comes with a 4,300mAh battery capable of 44W fast wired charging, which means you can charge it up to 50% in just 23 minutes. However, there is no wireless charging.
Let’s take a closer look at the Oppo Find N3 Flip specs. The device measures 166.4×75.8×7.8mm and weighs 198g. It features a plastic front (unfolded), a glass back (unfolded), and an aluminum frame, making it both lightweight and durable. Additionally, it is IPX4 splash-resistant, so you don’t have to worry about minor water splashes.
The Oppo Find N3 Flip’s main display is a 6.80″ Foldable LTPO AMOLED with a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, 1200 nits (HBM), 1600 nits (peak), 1080x2520px resolution, 21:9 aspect ratio, and 403ppi. The cover display is AMOLED with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus, measuring 3.26 inches, with a resolution of 382 x 720 pixels, 250 ppi, 800 nits (HBM), and 900 nits (peak).
The device is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9200 (4 nm) chipset that features an octa-core CPU with 1×3.05 GHz Cortex-X3 & 3×2.85 GHz Cortex-A715 & 4×1.80 GHz Cortex-A510, and an Immortalis-G715 MC11 GPU. It runs on Android 13 with ColorOS 13.2 on top.
Moreover, the Oppo Find N3 Flip comes with 256GB or 512GB UFS 4.0 internal storage and 12GB LPDDR5X RAM, providing ample space and speed for all your apps and data. The device also supports 5G, dual-SIM, Wi-Fi 7, BT 5.3 with aptX HD, and NFC.
The Oppo Find N3 Flip also features a side-mounted fingerprint reader and stereo speakers for an immersive audio experience.
When unboxing the Oppo Find N3 Flip, you will find the phone, an overqualified 67W-rated SuperVOOC charger, and an 8A-rated USB-A-to-C cable inside a large and thick paper box. Oppo has also bundled a quality two-piece case that colour-matches the Mist Rose colourway. Additionally, Oppo has sent the optional Blicca case with a figurine and strap and the PU leather hand strap case. The Blicca case is unique and will likely appeal to a certain crowd.
