Saravana Bhavan Kochi Restaurant is one of the biggest food spots in Edapally Kochi and is well-known for its warm welcome. The tables are well-cleaned and organized, and two types of rooms are available here – basic and AC. I also found a private dining area for families.

Service:

The service provided by the staff is impressive despite the restaurant being busy both morning and night. The staff is friendly and always available to take our calls, and a single service person takes care of a single table, which ensures quick service. The menu they narrated was tempting. The service person wears a hair cap and hand gloves, which adds to the restaurant’s cleanliness.

Food and taste:

The food served at Saravana Bhavan is of excellent quality, and the quantity is perfect. I ordered a set of dosa and dishes for breakfast, which was served with well-cleaned plates.

Dosa:

The dosa was very crispy, just like Tamil Nadu-style dosa. It was well cooked and crispy, and the taste of the sambar and toppings was also like that from Tamil Nadu. I suggest ordering food with a plate because the dosa served on that plate was too small compared to the dosa they served. The vada was served without heat, which made it taste average. However, the tea was fine.

Overall rating:

I paid 220 For Dosa and Tea also Vada. I would rate Saravana Bhavan Veg Restaurant 4.3 out of 5 stars for its lovely ambience, well-cleaned customer service, and excellent food taste. I highly recommend this spot to vegetarian family and friends.
