The atmosphere at WAFFA’S KITCHEN is calming and pleasing to the eye. The tables are very clean and well-organized, and the quotes on the walls are impressive. Additionally, feel-good music plays while you dine. Overall, I would rate the Atmosphere 3.5 stars for their maintenance. Well-maintained restroom facilities are also available here.

The restaurant had excellent service when receiving customers, but unfortunately, it did not continue throughout the dining experience. The food was well-plated and the equipment was clean, while the provision of hot water for customers was impressive. However, overall I would rate the service 2.5 stars.
When it comes to the taste of the food, I always expect better quality, especially for basic dishes. However, I was disappointed with the chicken fried rice I ordered. Instead of chicken, I was served plain fried rice with colourful vegetables. This made me feel cheated as the main ingredient of the dish was missing. Hence, I would give the food a 0.5-star rating.
Moreover, the cost of the food was too high for the cheap quality. I have had multiple food experiences in various hotels, and this was by far the worst. I felt cheated and unsure whether this was a mistake or intentional. In the food industry, errors cannot be tolerated. Therefore, I would give the restaurant a 2-star rating.
